Crescent Court, located in Simpson Pennsylvania, is introducing a new way of Senior Living to Northeastern Pennsylvania. The first rental community of its kind, Crescent Court has the amenities of Senior High-rise living, with the added options for Food, Housekeeping and Laundry Service’s. This allows the tenant to choose any or all of these services as desired. A wonderful alternative for seniors that function independently, whom may have purchased these services from the outside community in the past. Now they can be received through an all-inclusive , or individualized plan, at Crescent Court.

Crescent Court is within walking distance of churches, popular retail stores, food stores, post office, restaurants, exercise clubs, and public transportation . Conveniently located only minutes from Carbondale, and Scranton.

Our community features an elegantly decorated dining room, with a full salad, hot food, desert, and beverage center. Specially prepared breakfast, and a daily main course menu is provided.

Your exquisitely decorated suite includes a refrigerator, microwave, and cabinet space. Window treatments, wall to wall carpeting, a locked drawer that can be utilized for medications and valuables, and telephone and cable television hook-ups are provided. All utilities are included, except for telephone and cable television.

In the main lounge there is a business center available 24 hours a day. This center includes a computer with internet service, and a fax machine, free of charge to tenants.

Our quaint beauty salon, also offers weekly services to tenants, an appointment, and payment can be made directly to the beautician.

The outside grounds offer a beautiful view of the Lackawanna Valley. A gazebo delightfully decorates the entrance to Crescent Court, to be enjoyed by all, especially for relaxation in the evening, on a warm summers night. Or choose one of the many country garden benches that don the garden area. Outdoor picnic areas are also available for use.

Crescent Court is a one floor Community that is Handicap accessible.

All building entrances are locked; visitors are monitored through a phone access system.
