Mallard Meadows Residential Healthcare & Rehabilitation
Center, an assisted living facility, is located in
Waymart PA. Our single floor is easily wheelchair
accessible, completely secure and a Varity of rooms
are available now. Our home-like setting and supportive
staff help residents to adjust to their new surroundings.
Activities include visits from Ages & Stages Child
Development Center, with many intergenerational groups
sharing daily experiences. At Mallard Meadows, Assisted
Living Community, a member of the PHG, we are dedicated

This policy ensures a proper environment for growth
and comfort. Each Resident at Mallard Meadows is encouraged
to be as self-sufficient as possible with their personal
level of comfort. Therapy and additional
care is available, or can be contracted by outside
services directly by the resident. We feel this policy
best serves your interests.

In our gracious home you can lounge on our spacious
porch and enjoy the peaceful and heartwarming pananormic
view of the countryside. Our three lounges feature
a fireplace and relaxed seating to watch television,
video with a friend, or curl up with a book from our
library. You can also schedule an appointment with
our Beauty or Barber shop. Our wheel chair van is
available for shopping or outside trips.
Entertainment and social events...
Our activity director arranges special trips, outings,
games and projects with assistance from our personal care staff. Along with our in house exercise room, our home
has an excellent physical activities program designed
to maintain your optimal level of functioning. Our central
clubhouse has been designed for versatility to accommodate
multi-purpose activities such as craft projects, study
groups, lecture series, bingo, cookie bakes, meetings,
receptions and games. On a regular basis, we have visits
from the Ages & Stages Child Development Center,
with many intergenerational groups sharing daily experiences.
Restaurant Style Dining...
Excellent cuisine... you will experience three deliciously
prepared nutritious meals served daily in
an eloquent dining room setting. Tantalizing snacks
and alternate food choices are available when you would
rather have something different to please your pallet.
For those special days there is a separate dining room
available for private parties and family meetings.
