Ridge Healthcare Center, located
in Carbondale PA, is an 81 bed skilled nursing facility
unsurpassed in design and accommodations.
For the safety of all residents at Osprey Ridge, our
single-level home meets Federal and State Building standards,
is fully fire protected with central smoke and fire
alarm systems, provides all rooms with individual air
temperature controls and meets all American Disabilities
ACT requirements. In addition, a safety door is also
utilized. The Facility includes resident kitchens, dining
rooms, lounges, outdoor patio and courtyard, single
tub/s shower bathing rooms, private meeting rooms and
a guest reception room.
ORHRC team and services include:
Our House Physican, assists our professional staff in
the development of policies and procedures for the care
of the residents. Pharmacy Services, are conveniently
available to residents requiring prescribed medication.
Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, are on
staff and promote optimal independence. A Social Worker,
provides onsite support to residents and their families
and assists in admission and discharge planning. A Registered
Dietitian, ensures nutritional needs are set and maintained
for each resident.
